Our Servers are powered by Intel Xeon HyperThreaded, DDR3 RAM and 7200RPM SATA drives. At a speed of up to 1 Gbps, all Managed Servers are paired with a 1 TB 7200 RPM expandable and scalable SATA hard drive in RAID configuration. Servers armed with SuperMicro Blade cabinets consume less energy and have less cooling requirements, adding an element of energy viability to these high-end Servers.

Yes, with our Servers you get full access to the root, which means that you have complete administrative control of your dedicated server. You can install any software you need.
SilverTech offers two levels of support for all Managed Servers plans: core-managed and cPanel support. All Dedicated Servers come with core-managed support, and if you purchased cPanel through us, we offer you additional support options relevant to cPanel. Remember that support for unmanaged services is limited to hardware, with the software that you are solely responsible.
SilverTech authorizes up to 1 Gbps on each port on your server for both outgoing and incoming data.
There are several ways to access your hosting server: (1) SSH - you can access your dedicated server through any SSH client using the root credentials we provide you. (2) cPanel - if you decided to buy cPanel with us, you could access and manage your server through the cPanel / WHM. (3) dedicated control panel - you can also perform frequent operations, such as stopping, starting and restarting your server through our next web-based control panel included with each dedicated server.
Yes, we offer WHMCS as a billing panel for your dedicated hosting. You can purchase the license with us for a significantly lower cost, and then install it on your dedicated server.
